For the half-moons, I painted the base colour, waited for it to dry completely, and then used the little circular stickers I paste on top of my polish bottles as a guide. I found the moons a little too small though so I may try using re-enforcement rings (that quite a few people have used to do half-moons) next time round!
The navy polish used is TFS BL604 and the tan polish is MK0106 02 Skin. Whatcha think of the colour combi? I love how the tan and navy compliments each other so much! Tan and black was always a good marriage of colours but tan and navy? Oh, I'm sold!

I cheated with stickers and they really helped! Gonna try re-enforcement rings next time, they make the half moons broader so more of the base colour can be seen!
